Refund policy

Made-to-order items
All prints are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference after delivery.

Damage / defects / wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with our production partner to arrange a replacement or resolution.

To file a claim, email us with:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue 
  • clear photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging (including any visible damage)

Important: If the package arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and take photos of the damage and packaging. This helps us resolve the issue faster.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/payment provider.

Cancellations / changes
Because orders move quickly into production, requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase. Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.

Do not send returns without authorization
Please do not mail items back without contacting us first. We will provide instructions if a return is required for resolution.
